Employee Health & Benefits Fair | October 23, 2025 | 10:30am - 1pm | Curris Center Ballroom
The fair is open to all faculty, staff, retirees and spouses. You will have opportunities for screenings, education and to ask questions of our benefits and retirement vendors while sampling healthy food options. Door prizes will be available to eligible participants!
- Flu shots will be available at the Fair for regular full-time and part-time faculty and staff at no cost.
- A1C Screenings: Available to regular full-time and part-time employees by appointment only. The appointment form will be available Friday.
- Health Savings Account (HSA) Sessions: Do you have questions about setting aside savings for medical expenses?
The Health and Benefits Fair will be offering two educational sessions presented by Health Equity regarding Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to all faculty, staff and spouses. The sessions will be held in the Curris Center Barkley Room (3rd level) and cover tips for saving and investing in your HSA. No registration required!
- Level up your HSA: Pro tips to spend, save and invest for the future | 10:00am – 10:30am
- How to invest your HSA | 1:00pm – 1:30pm

Mission
The mission of ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University's Racer Wellness program is to encourage, support and assist employees in taking a proactive approach to improve their overall well-being.
Eligibility
All full time, part-time, temporary, and adjunct employees are eligible to participate. There will be certain programs that are only intended for full-time regular employees. Those particular programs will be marketed for that audience only.
Some of our programs will allow dependents as well as spouses to participate and those will be indicated on an individual basis.
