Inspiration

Carrie and Earl Brown were high school sweethearts who both attended ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State and went on to enormous professional success in the entertainment industry, Earl as a professional actor and Carrie as a communications executive for prominent entertainment companies, including, most recently, The Walt Disney Company. Earl was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2017, and Carrie recently served on ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State’s Be Bold National Campaign Council. Now based in California, the couple remains attached to their roots at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State and gives back in many ways to benefit the students striving to follow in their footsteps.
