Inspiration

Arthur Fields earned both his undergraduate accounting degree and his MBA from ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State. After graduation, he went on to enjoy a remarkable business career, including leadership positions in the real estate development and energy industries. He was recognized by ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State in 2000 as a Distinguished Alumnus and honored by the University’s Beta Alpha Psi accounting fraternity as its outstanding alumnus that same year. Mr. Fields has long been a strong advocate of higher education and believes that the education he received at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State was instrumental in his professional and financial success. For years, he has generously given back to help provide that same foundation for future generations of ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State students. In addition to these two new endowments, he previously established the A.W. Fields Family Fund for Excellence in Accounting. His generous giving will leave a lasting legacy on ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State’s Bauernfeind College of Business and its students for years to come.
