Nutrition Student's Pop-Up Restaurant 2026
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State's Nutrition and Dietetics students are offering 3-course, healthy lunch
options for take-out or dine-in every Wednesday from March 11 through April 29 (except
March 18 for Spring Break).
Order your meal online via for dine-in or pick-up from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Oakley Dining Room - 204N Applied Science. The 3-course meals are $15 and include a bottled water and your choice of light or regular dessert.
Menu (Appetizer, Main & Side Dishes & Light Dessert) follows the American Heart Association Heart-Check Recipe Certification Program Nutrition requirements & the USDA Dietary Guidelines.
