On April 16, 40 students from the Construction Management and Architecture program in the School of Engineering at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University participated in a Mock Bid Day competition hosted by the AGC of Western Kentucky, a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
Three ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University students—Karsyn Tucker, Lila Williams and Sadie Smith—won a competitive grant from the Community Foundation of West Kentucky for local nonprofit organizations this semester.
Alex West, a ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University senior health and physical education (HPE) major from Evansville, Indiana, has been named the Health and Physical Education Major of the Year by the Society of Health and Physical Educators (SHAPE America).
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University has awarded a total of 18 incoming students with the prestigious Presidential Fellowship, which includes full tuition, housing and meals for up to four years at the University.
