Dr. Bommanna Loganathan, professor of chemistry at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University, has been accepted to the Fulbright Specialist program and will be on the Fulbright Specialist roster for a tenure of four years. The highly selective Fulbright Specialist program is an initiative of the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs that sends U.S. faculty and professionals to serve as researchers and expert consultants on curriculum, faculty development, institutional planning, and related subjects at overseas academic institutions.
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State's Department of Music was pleased to host a World Music Drumming workshop for regional K-12 music educators.
ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University and West Kentucky Community and Technical College (WKCTC) have expanded their existing relationship by introducing two new partnership initiatives that will positively impact both current and future students.

ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University Education Abroad celebrates the establishment of an endowment through a generous donation from the Cella Family. Awards funded from this endowment will assist graduates of ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ High School (MHS) in their pursuit of study abroad opportunities at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University through the Cooperative Center for Study Abroad (CCSA).
