The Department of English and Philosophy at ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State University is pleased to announce the continuation of The Clinton and Mary Opal Moore Appalachian Writer’s Residency and this year’s author recipient, Annette Saunooke Clapsaddle.
