With Kentucky’s 2025 legislative session underway, support continues to be shown for ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State University’s development of a School of Veterinary Medicine.
The ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State News won 45 awards, including first place in its division and College Journalist of the Year, at the Kentucky Press Association (KPA) convention Jan. 24 in Lexington, Kentucky.

Madisyn Ransey, a recent ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ State University elementary education graduate from ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓƵ, Kentucky, and Katelyn Gardner, a junior middle school education major from Erlanger, Kentucky, are the recipients of the 2024 Kentucky Education Association’s (KEA) Read Across America grant.
