ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State University’s Captain (CPT) William Burgess, assistant professor of Military Science and Officer in Charge of the ºìÐÓ¶ÌÊÓÆµ State Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Company, was selected for promotion to Major in the Fiscal Year 2022 Army Major Promotion.
